Our goal for this site is to pass on the best tips we know about graphic and web design, and to give you one central place to find a great range of online resources that are either free, or won’t “break the bank.”
Web and Graphic Design HQ is run by Dean and Mel Kennedy. Our professional business (www.dmk.com.au) is a marketing and design business. We’ve been making money from design since around 1991. So there’s at least 16 years of experience to pass on, so you don’t have to do all the hard work yourself finding useful resources online.
Who are you? Who do we want to reach?
You’re involved in “content creation” in one of the following areas:
- Graphic Design — creating artwork (designs, layouts, illustrations) for projects for school, business or community groups
- Desktop Publishing — creating newsletters, brochures, flyers, business cards and stationery, books, electronic products etc
- Web Publishing — websites, web newsletters, email newsletters, electronic or multimedia presentations
That means you’re just like us! As a small business, our work is for other small businesses and community groups. That’s our “bread and butter” and we want to pass on our knowledge to make your life a little easier!
